CAMPSITE RULES

IN SHORT

At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over. Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Use of electricity and drinking water is included in the price. This site has no on-site toilet and shower facilities. however, they are located in nearby to the camping area and may be used at an additional cost.
Arrival: 2 p.m. –10 p.m. Depart by: 12 p.m. For late arrival please inform campsite administration in advance by email labas@fenas.lt or phone +370 658 58580.
No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

FENAS KITE SPOT CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
Changes cannot be made once you have booked.
Services might be cancelled when it is left not more than 7 days until your arrival date.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.

PAYMENT / METHODS ACCEPTED ON THE PARK

Bank transfer. No cash payment available on the campsite. Advance payment minimum 7 days before arrival.

ADMISSION

At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Parents or other persons caring for children are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
The site will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.

CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY

Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

DOGS

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs are required to wear a muzzle.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

EXTRAS

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

GENERAL

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
Shouting, whistling, loud singing or playing musical instruments and other sound apparatus or other noisy actions in the evening and at night in the living area, imposes a warning or a fine on citizens or officials of up to €50.00 euros.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Persons visiting camping guests must comply with these Rules.

HIRED ACCOMMODATION

Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €50.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

PITCHES

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

RECEPTION

Reception is only online and available from to 9 a.m. till 10 p.m. No arrivals are permitted later, except on occasions when it is agreed with the campsite administration in advance.

SAFETY

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted. Open fires are prohibited.

VEHICLES

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/campervan.
